Jill Chenoweth
Jill is a Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience. She has worked in both the public and private health developing pathways, clinics and involved in research in pelvic health. Jill lectures at the Continence Foundation of Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association and Monash School of Physiotherapy on a regular basis. She has also spoken at many community events and writes for various health and fitness magazines. Jill’s mission is to inspire other health professionals and the general public to learn more about pelvic health and make change to prevent and heal these issues.

Pelvic floor and pelvic girdle problems can cause emotional distress and lead to reduced participation in exercise, social activities and intimacy. Jill has a passion for restoring physical biomechanics and enjoys observing her clients improvements in quality of life and activity levels of all age groups.
Jill has 3 children and in her spare time is a keen triathlete achieving Australian or State age group champion at sprint, olympic and half ironman distances over the years as well as competing in 2 world triathlon championships
Cassie Lee
Cassie Lee graduated from Latrobe University in 2000. She has been working with MPFP for the last 9 years.
She has a passion for helping women through their journey of pregnancy and beyond. She is a dynamic educator and provides valuable information and practical strategies to manage pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding.
Cassie is married with 3 young children who keep her very busy. In her spare time (not that there is much of it) she enjoys walking her dog, going to the gym and spending time with friends.
Jemma Williams
Jemma completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University and has much experience and interest in women’s health working in public sector as well as volunteering overseas in Nepal and Cambodia.
Her passion for women’s health has seen her complete further studies with The APA Continence and Women’s Health and An Introduction to the Physiotherapist’s Role in Pregnancy and Early Postpartum.
Jemma has also completed her Post Grad studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in 2017
Jemma loves her sport and outdoors, particularly playing netball and hiking, all the while continuously supporting her AFL team.
Charlotte Burton
Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University and graduated in 2012. Over this time she has worked in both the public and private sector and has recently returned from working in London over the past 2 years where she worked in one of the largest women and men’s health physiotherapy teams in the UK.
Charlotte’s love for pelvic health started early in her career, which took her travelling to Ethiopia to volunteer and observe at Catherine Hamlin’s fistula clinic and also to parts of Tanzania. She has completed further studies in Women’s Health and is planning on completing her post graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation this year.
Charlotte is passionate about educating women and men about their pelvic floor and empowering them to be able to achieve their goals with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit and active and travelling as often as possible.
Alex Hansford-Smith
Alex completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2018. During the course of her studies, she had a range of experience from acute hospital care all the way through to animal physiotherapy! Alex was also involved heavily in furthering student education and is passionate about helping people increase their knowledge.
Alex’s interest in pelvic health began during her studies, and she is very keen to keep learning and progressing in this field. Her particular interest is pelvic health in athletes of all types and plans to undertake as much further education and qualifications as she can.
Alex was born and raised in Mornington but has spend the last 16 years living elsewhere so is very excited to be home. Alex spends her free time riding her two retired racehorses, going hiking and surfing.
Jess Whitbourne
Jess has been treating as a Remedial massage therapist for over 8 years and in 2014 has completed her advanced diploma of Myotherapy.
Jess’s has a wealth of experience in Sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy release, stretching, pregnancy and post natal massage. And know to add to her bow corrective exercises, western cupping and dry needling with her qualification in Myotherapy.
Jess has work all over the world gaining experience. Cruise ships in America, Training in London, 2 seasons on Mt Buller Victoria. Jess has also worked with chiropractors, physiotherapist and many remedial therapists and myotherapist building and growing her skills.
When Jess is not massaging she enjoys dance class, pilates, camping with family and friends and spending time with her animals, also you can find her engrossed in one of her beloved books.
Kate Parsons
Kate is a remedial massage therapist with a wealth of knowledge in prenatal and postnatal massage and has a certificate in Pregnancy Therapeutic Massage.
Kate strives to provide a time of pure bliss from the moment her clients enter her care to the moment they leave the clinic.
